HR GENERALIST

Marbely Sevilla is the Human Resource Generalist at Waev Inc., an electric mobility provider redefining electric vehicles to make life and work easier, more efficient and more enjoyable. In this role, Marbely supports the organization across all aspects of HR, including aiding in HR logistics and process development, recruitment and employee resources. 

Marbely’s previous work experience has been as an HR Generalist at Monogram Aerospace Fasteners where she was responsible for Workers Compensation (WC) and Leave of Absence (LOA) for the aerospace division and was on the negotiating team for union negotiations with the UAW Local 509. In her past roles at Arrowhead Products, Marbely participated in the implementation of multiple HRIS systems. She was responsible for WC, LOA and employee benefits. 

Marbely received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
