CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ryan Kemmitt is the Customer Operations Manager at Waev Inc., an electric mobility provider redefining electric vehicles to make life and work easier, more efficient and more enjoyable. In this role, Ryan oversees the Customer Operations Team which consists of Technical Service, Parts Support, and General Support Teams for all Waev product lines. By executing on the customer-first mentality that proliferates within Waev, Ryan empowers each member of the team to optimize customer-facing operations to maximize efficiencies and meet business goals.
Ryan’s previous work experience includes four years as a public accountant at PwC. In 2016, he joined the team at Polaris Inc., where he held various finance roles before moving to California in 2018 and beginning work in operations at the Anaheim plant – home of GEM, Taylor-Dunn and Tiger manufacturing. During this time, Ryan led various continuous improvement initiatives encompassing inventory management and service parts. His success in Anaheim gained him a supervisor role leading the materials team. Before joining the Waev team as Customer Operations Manager, Ryan gained in-depth knowledge of the Taylor-Dunn brand as a Product Specialist, where he focused on new product development. This is a unique path to get to an Operations Manager and Waev is fortunate for the additional experience he gained and brings to the company.
Ryan currently lives in Golden Valley, Minn., with his wife Anna and dog Otto. They enjoy living an active lifestyle and spending time up north at the cabin with friends and family.
